We are happy to work with any budget and will help guide you with where the best areas are to allocate your budget for the best visual impact, the budget range on florals & styling from the weddings you see on our website & socials range $3000 – $18,000.
We do have a minimum spend for out of town weddings in areas of Lorne, Melbourne, Ballarat $6000, as we generally only service the Geelong region which includes the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf coast and Golden Plains region where there is no minimum spend.
We don’t offer packages as we prefer to custom quote and design all our weddings & events so everything is tailored to your needs & vision. There are many factors that influence pricing, I will work closely with you to ensure we produce the best outcome. Different venues attract different items so there really isn’t any straight forward package that would suit everyone.
Fill out our enquiry form, we will then come back to you with our availability and a list of times to catch up, we only provide quotes after a consultation which can be via virtual meeting, phone call or in person at our studio based in Lara. You will then be provided with an itemised quotation and a visual mood board which will describe everything we will do and bring in on the day and also take away the following day.
If you would like to book accept the quote either electronically or via email, we will then send you an invoice which has the booking deposit details. I will then send you an updated invoice with the payment added and you are officially booked in for our services once the deposit has been paid.
We are always available for any changes or help with the planning process throughout the lead up. We catch up at around 2-3 months prior (can be sooner) to your big day to go over any final changes and updates.
Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the day, your flowers and sundries are then ordered with our suppliers. I will communicate with you the week of the wedding if there are any issues with flower supply, colours, or shortages requiring substitutes if I think it will make a big difference to your designs.
We deliver your bridal flowers to both parties before your photographer arrives so they are with you for photos then we head off to the venue for the ceremony and reception set up.
We come back the following day (occasionally that evening) to collect any structures or hire items.
You have exclusive access to our up to date and wide range of vessels, vases, arches, plinths, candles ect for your day.
We can at times sell you the vases if you would like to gift those to the guests.
We encourage you to give out all the flowers to the guests the night of the wedding if possible or we will be returning the following morning and can put the flower content aside into buckets for you to collect and take to your recovery if you are hosting one. We will collect all our vases, vessels, candles and structures and take them away.
We are licensed to work at heights and provide all our own ladders ect. We can even drive a scissor lift should one be required.
We can provide your venue with an up to date public liability insurance certificate should they require it.
Yes you can pay with credit card over the phone, there will be additional fees applied at 2.2%.
